Located in the western part of Palma, this office serves a yacht company and is designed to reflect its maritime identity. The main entrance on the western façade features a glazed front wall, providing direct pedestrian access.

Layout & Design

The interior includes a reception, conference room, office spaces, and an administrative area, with a clear separation between visitor and employee zones. The reception features a custom wavy counter inspired by the motion of the sea.

Materiality & Atmosphere

The design emphasizes openness, avoiding full-height partitions to maintain a spacious feel. A sloped roof complements walls and floors finished with bright, natural materials, creating an airy, welcoming, and maritime-inspired environment.
