Location & Setting
Perched on a sloped plot in northwest Mallorca, the house offers sweeping views of the Bay of Alcúdia. The steep terrain is embraced in the design, with natural rock incorporated into terraces and the rear façade. Preserved trees blend the property with the surrounding forest, and access is designed as a landscaped pedestrian path that gradually reveals the home.

Layout & Design
The U-shaped plan creates a semi-open courtyard and multiple façades. Ground floor spaces include the kitchen, dining area, and living room with direct access to the pool and patio. Upper-level bedrooms are shaded by overhangs, with terraces and a roof lookout offering panoramic views. A rooftop accommodates solar panels, connecting the home to sustainable energy.

Materiality & Sustainability
White-rendered walls contrast with natural stone terraces and gray-toned porcelain interiors, combining durability with contemporary style. Landscaping preserves existing trees and introduces Mediterranean plants adapted to shade and climate, creating a seamless integration with the natural environment.
