We have recently finished the Eco-Passive House in the valley of Puigpunyent. This house has been built with ecological and sustainable materials. The house uses the main passive resources such as south facing, solar control, high thickness of thermal insulation, control of thermal bridges, good air tightness to the outside air, double flow of mechanical ventilation with heat recovery and high insulation and airtight windows.

All these solutions have contributed to the energy consumption of the house being very low and therefore respectful of the natural environment.
