The main challenge of this project was to adapt to the topography of the plot, located on a hillside in the urbanization of Son Vida.

Taking advantage of the south orientation and the views to the mountain with its natural vegetation, the position of the project also allows an open view to the east of the island landscape and the city of Palma.
